SFGG Youth Rugby is one of over 90 youth clubs in the Northern California

Youth Rugby Association (NCYRA). The sport is played all over the world in 

over 100 countries.

 

 

SFGG Supports Four Team Programs

 

U8 - No contact.

U10 - Tackle, non contested scrums, no score unless tournament.

U12 - Tackle, non contested Scrums, no score unless tournament.

Middle School - Tackle, competative.

 

SFGG and the NCYRA work hard to ensure that players are matched appropriately to minimize the risk of injury.
