San Francisco Youth Rugby is dedicated to building character, friendships and community through the great game of Rugby. We are affiliated with the San Francisco Golden Gate Rugby Club (SFGG) and are members of the Northern California Youth Rugby Association (NCYRA).

 

Boys and girls can learn to play rugby safely from any age and from as young as 6 years old, when they typically play non-contact rugby and then move to appropriate contact rugby at U10 and older.
